And my fitness pal

many people use MFP (me too)

(my fitness pal)

it will calculate calories, Protein, carbs, sugars, fats etc

good luck

I just switched to myplate. It tracks everything and if you have an iPhone it syncs with your Health app. Also have used baritastic. It does a summary for the day, month and lifetime of your protein, carbs, fat, etc.

Happy scale:) love that it just tracks my weight, I got a fit bit for CHRISTmas and will be using it to track everything else.

Simple Weight

My weight is used a lot on Instagram

MY Weight is my favorite for specifically tracking weight. post-257570-1451197560374_thumb.jpgpost-257570-14511975689293_thumb.jpg

I track my weight loss in My Fitness Pal and through my Fitbit app.

I bought a Withings wifi scale and it does a great job. Automatically beams every weight in to its app in my phone for tracking. The app WILL synch with MFP if you set it up to link with a food dairy but you wouldn't have to do that.
