Lipo and Breasts Warning: Graphic images

Recommended Posts

Here are my scars under the breasts. The pic is close and the line is actually really thin and cut nicely. It is healing well. But I still want to get the left one redone. Hubby says the size difference makes them look natural, I hate it in pictures. What do you all think? Have them redone or like them the way they are now????????

I think you need to do what makes you happy. But I do agree with your husband, they aren't meant to by exactly symmetrical.

You do look fabulous.

Okay, so I can't sleep. I am obsessing I think. I got to thinkin'...... what if arms up and arms down natural makes a difference because of the implants? So here is a pic of arms down. Still a big difference? I need some male opinions too guys. I won't think your creepy. But I do need honesty.

I recently got a PM from someone who wanted to know what the "garment" was like after Lipo that you have to wear for 6-8 weeks. Well girls and guys, let me tell you it is NOT comfy. Here is a pic of the second stage garment that I must wear until the end of this month at least. I don't wear it "out" but I do wear it around the house, sleeping, typing on this computer, etc....

The first stage garment looks the same it is just thicker spandex material and doesn't "pull" on but zips and fastens down the sides and is below the knee. All of the garments have a "pee hole" in them so that you just sit and pee (which took me forever to get used to) and don't have to remove the garment.

When the garment is not on, the numbness comes. It does feel awkward to have it on, but feels better to have it "holding things in". Hard to explain.

And to answer another question... yes it is a bit strange to post my pics on the internet like they are, but then again, knowledge is power and I feel I am just merely educating others on things. We should all know what a boob looks like so it shouldn't really be any surprise. If you don't know what one looks like, then woooot wooooot, I just popped your cherry on that one!:clap2:

Anyways, here is the pic of the contraption they call a second stage garment after lipo......

Jenna, I hope you weren't critisized for posting your pics. I think it is very brave and I can tell you that I think most of us want to know and it is great that you have done this. My comment on your breasts is that when your arms are up the right appears smaller and the nipple is a bit low. In the down position they appear symmetrical however the nipple is placed lower than the left. If he can fix it nicely go ahead but if there is any doubt I would leave it. The scars look great and sometimes messing around with them will make them worse. Who sees you naked? Does it bother them?

Hope this helps

Yes, I did get a PM about kids being able to access this site, yada yada yada. But I would rather post the pictures to hundreds of adult women who use this site daily and help them make their choices with the knowledge of what is going on. To me, breasts are natural and beautiful (hopefully) and I have never been shy about being naked (except when I was at my largest and was uncomfortable with it). Now, I am not skinny minnie but I am comfortable naked. I don't get "gross" with the pictures so I don't consider it posting "free porn" as someone stated. I have only gotten 1 complaint but my aim is not to offend people, but share my experiences with other bandsters. And I will continue to do so as long as the wonderful and talented Alex has this site for us.

Right now, I am a full D. Some styles I can do a DD but I wanted a FULL DD.

The slight nipple difference with arms down won't make me run to get a redo but I think that with 8k, I want a little more "perfection". I could have done them for about 6k but I chose to go with someone that was known for their work and paid extra for it.

The size difference isn't noticable in clothes/bra at all.

As far as the Lipo goes, I am happy with the "hourglass" he gave me but I have a lot of work to do on my own and I knew that going in.

I didn't expect perfection but I did expect the perfect attention. Maybe I am just vain, but I like the attention that boobies (nice ones) get me. At least I am honest about that quality of mine huh?

I am also wondering, I am right handed, and the problem of the "fast dropping" is on the right side breast. Think that has something to do with it?????

Jenna,

I vote..... with arms up or arms down that your surgeon did a beautiful job. Congratulations. Now you need to stop and enjoy all those pretty clothes you get to buy. If you continue to nip & tuck your scars will begin to revenge. Listen to your hubby.

By the way, I am very pleased with the number of views of this thread. It tells me that people want to see and want to know. Thank you everyone for all of your love and support. I love you all!

YES! We DO want to see and want to know, and you can (or I can because they're probably reading my response) tell whoever complained to you that they can go fly a really big kite to another land. This is REALITY, this is WHY we are losing weight, isn't it? To look good and be healthy if only for ourselves? And I challenge ANYONE who tells me that they aren't interested in losing weight for how they look. Saying that is like saying you've never been a "Master of your Domain." You're lying if you deny that there is at least a small part of this that is about looks.

I THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for posting all of these pics. I especially appreciate being able to see the under the breast access scars and the around the nipple scars. I think it's incredibly wonderful that you are posting things like this for us.

You are so right, breasts are NATURAL, many of us fed our children with them, they are NOT completely sexual parts of our anatomy. We are toooooo hung up on nudity meaning something sexual. It's they way we come into this world, why should we be ashamed?

I love ya, Jenna!!!!!

Jenna - from a male point of view they look totally natural arms up or down. I can only tell a difference if your arms are up but it is still totally natural looking. So if you are not in the habit of walking around with your arms above your head all the time, noone will ever know a difference.

I look at the pictures people post purly from a clinical point of view. I want to see the different stages people bodies were in when they got PS. I am sure I will need removal of loose skin etc. So it is important to me that people keep posting their pics. It lets people know that many people need ps and that it is often times a necessary procedure after wls.

To those that critisized you for posting these picks I hope you told them to go pound sand and get off their high and mighty morality horse. For christ sake the human body is a beautiful creation that should be celebrated. People need to get over themsleves and stop forcing their prudish/archaic views on others. There is an old saying my grandmother used to tell me when i would tell on my brother. (paraphrasing here) "Before you worry about the speck of sawdust in your neighbors eye, you should remove the plank of wood from your own"

I remember going to a show in Reno, Hello Hollywood Hello I think was the name. All done topless, g-strings on both males and females. After the first few minutes, you weren't even looking at the nudity as anything more than just, oh, there's some boobs. Big Deal!

I appreciate the postings and am curious...I don't know if I'll be able to afford it but will probably need it. Funny though...you want to be a full DD...I ride horses and have to buy super expensive sports bras (by Enell) and it still hurts. I've gone from a 44 DDD to 42DD and have about 57 pounds to lose. So, I'm going to be SOOOO excited to have smaller ta ta's!! It is too painful to lug these big honkers around when riding hard!

LOL, well I have been riding hard, but not on a horse so to speak. Never bothered me at all. But running is an issue. Other than that, I LOVE TO HAVE BIG BOOBIES.

Thank you big sexy for the male perspective, I have been waiting for a guy to join the mix on this topic.

I think I will express my concerns and find out what remedies I will have but I don't think they will be willing to do anything to them to correct them until after 6 months at least. Who knows where I will be then, but I will keep posting pics at different stages.

I don't really care so much about the money (or getting some back) as much as I do about having the great boobs.

I agree, I like them with arms down, but arms up I am extremely troubled by the look. Again, not sure if it is a right handed issue or not?

((sigh))

Stay tuned, I will keep you updated after my July 30th appt.

I'm going to chime in on the THANK YOU FOR BEING BRAVE ENOUGH TO POST YOUR PICS!

Knowledge is power baby!

Also you warned people on the title about graphic pics. Not a big deal to me. I find it extremely interesting and now that I have my band I'm researching the possible next step on my journey.

p.s. the boobs and the hourglass look great!

Can you explain what they do exactly when they do this wedge breast lift? I know one day I will need a lift, but didn't want the veritcal scar.

How about nipple sensitivity? That was a big concern for me if I had a lift done, if it would mess with the nerves too much and lose nipple sensitivity.

Thanks,Audree

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
