So the good news - I have lost 90 pounds so far... and no loss in cup size (only in width). Started DD and still a DD (and I just got sized professionally thank you Nordstrom).

I'm hoping I'm one of the lucky ones who doesn't lose too much lol. I've been this size since about 13 years old and in 25 now. All of you ladies have come so far already! I'm so excited to be on the other side ????

Yes, thank goodness! I went from a 40DDD at my largest to a 34DD now. Would love to be a C cup but I doubt that will happen. Now I just need a lift...

I started out at 48H I'm down to 40DD now and I love it. They're proportionate to my body and it's easier on my back.

On a positive note....no boobs but I have a flat stomach and I can wear a size 6, run 5 miles and increased confidence and stamina. So it's not that bad after all.

I'm 80 pounds down and haven't lost any cup sizes, still in a F/G cup. I've always been busty though. I've heard that if you were busty prior to putting on weight you have mostly breast tissue and you're not going to lose much up there, however if you became bustier while gaining weight you will most likely lose boobage because the added size was mostly fat. Based on my experience not losing any cups, this seems to ring true for my situation. Definitely a different experience for different ladies. Myself, I'm just going to keep working out my pecs to try to minimize sagging and hope I'm happy with that. I wish all of you ladies luck with with whatever it takes to be satisfied with our new bodies. It's great to have all of you here sharing and supporting each other. For some, myself included, this is the ONLY support we have. So blessed to have you all.

Noooooooooo!!!! dont say that!!!! my back cant handle me being a freaking G. I was a DDD already before I got fat.

If you were a DDD before you got fat you will most likely get back to a DDD. May not be as perky as the DDD you remember but you'll get your original size back.

Yeah I've always been busty--went from a 44DD to a 32DDL (Long!). When I rolled em up and tucked em in that's what I had! Breastfeeding two babies didn't help.

Had a lift with implants and now have a 32DD/DDD (no Long!). Totally thrilled. Was sorta hoping for a D cup but they try on implants while you are under and decide what works for your frame and can't always guarantee cup size and while it's not easy to find bras the right size, they do look perfectly proportional

In my 'skinniest' days (many ago) I was a 34B. Today at my largest I am a 38DD. I expect I will lose these boobs, but I am wondering where my nipples will end up. I fear in my jean pockets! LOL

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞

Iʻm roughly 6 weeks post-op this morning and have begun to feel like a normal human, with a normal human body again. I started introducing solid foods and pill forms of medications/supplements a couple of weeks ago and it's really amazing to eat meals with my family again, despite the fact that my portions are so much smaller than theirs.
I live on the island of Oʻahu and spend a lot of time in the water- for exercise, for play,  and for spiritual & mental health. The day I had my month out appointment with my surgeon, I packed all my gear in my truck, anticipating his permission to get back in the ocean. The minute I walked out of that hospital I drove straight to the shore and got in that water. Hallelujah! My appointment was at 10 am. I didn't get home until after 5 pm.
I'm down 31 pounds since the day of surgery and 47 since my pre-op diet began, with that typical week long stall occurring at three weeks. I'm really starting to see some changes lately- some of my clothing is too big, some fits again. The most drastic changes I notice however are in my face. I've also noticed my endurance and flexibility increasing. I was really starting to be held up physically, and I'm so grateful that I'm seeing that turn around in such short order.
My general disposition lately is hopeful and motivated. The only thing that bugs me on a daily basis still is the way those supplements make my house smell. So stink! But I just bought a smell proof bag online that other people use to put their pot in. My house doesn't stink anymore.
