  4. I am a few days shy of my 1 year anniversary and I definitely have restriction. Not like the first few month, I am able to eat about 3-4 ounces of dence protein. And not I can eat small portions of almost anything I want. Although that is not really a good thing at times

  16. "Comparison is the thief of joy" Too often we compare our weight to others, that should be avoided. Everyone is different, we all lose at a different pace and have different lifestyles. We should Celebrate our losses and try to enjoy this journey.
  17. Big difference!!!!! Congratulations !!!!
  18. although I researched Mexico. I decided against it. I was self-pay in NYC. My insurance covered the pre-op testing because it is basically consultations with different specialties and I paid the surgeon and anesthesiologist. I felt more comfortable being in the united states in case of complications and I have someone to sue and hold responsible if anything goes wrong. I know a lot of people that that went to Mexico and was very successful. But, I like the idea of calling and going to fix it my doctor as often as I like/need. Developing a face to face relationship was important to me.
  19. I am an HR Manager too!
  20. Size 6 is perfect for me!!! 5'5 currently 167lbs...@ old navy, Gap & NY&co I can fit a size 6 but I know that is due to vanity sizing. Hoping to loose 17 more pounds by my 1 year anniversary. I am 10 months post opp
