  5. I had gastric surgery april 2017. Weighed 290, by march 2018 was down 120 lbs to 170, now the scale creeping up . I've cheated, no point in lying, just wanna get back on track. I'm almost to the 200 's. Every day I try. I'm so disappointed in myself, should i do a pouch reset. Do they even work? I even crave chips and candy worst than i did before. How to believe in myself again!!! I love the new me!!

  16. I can definitely relate to ur question for the need to have surgery. The baractric program I was in required meeting with a nutritionist, writing down everything u ate and drank, when how etc. I started the program June 2016 290 lbs. I lost 40 lbs by just slowly changing my eating habits, I questioned whether to go ahead with the surgery or keep eating right, people said ur doing great u don't need the surgery etc. I chose to get the surgery which was fine April 2017, 6 months later I now weigh 178 lbs , I'm so happy I did the surgery, I feel great, and just wish i had done it years ago, I confess I had doubts all the way to the actual surgery but I did it for me. Just remember it's about you and we're here to listen and be encouraging. Good luck to you . Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using BariatricPal mobile app

  20. I wish I didn't have the need to weigh myself all the time so I picked one scale which is a big digital scale at my job and I weigh when I get to work, every time I've lost weight I take a picture on my phone , guess u know I've got lots of weights on my phone but I was also able to track my progress. It's working for me and I've been doing it for over 9 months since before surgery. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using BariatricPal mobile app
