Nausea 6 weeks post op

I have been experiencing some mild nausea in the mornings and no I am not pregnant! I wonder if I still need to heal more? I eat cream of wheat with protein and water in the mornings, but some days like today, I can't go to the gym because I feel nauseas and a feel heavy in my stomach.

Do any of you have with these symptoms post op after 6 weeks? Also if you can suggest something other than prescription medication. Should I even take something or should I let it pass?
