B'fast~ low carb slim fast

Lunch~ 3/4 c vegetable marinara

Snack~ a kiwi and a handful of nuts

Dinner~ 1 small crabcake, 1 corn on the cob

Snack~ ??? maybe a SF popsicle

Breakfast ~ Atkins chocolate Delight Shake

Snack ~ 1oz Beef Jerky, 100 cal pkg Almonds

Lunch ~ 4pc chicken McNuggets from McD's

Snack ~ 1oz Dry Italian Salami, 1 Mini Babybel Cheese

Dinner ~ salad (.25oz Lettuce, 1 pkg Buddig Honey Turkey, 1 Hard Boiled Egg, 1 T Sunflower Kernels, 1/3 C Shredded Mozzarella cheese & 2 T Ranch Dressing)

Breakfast: 1 pkg. oatmeal (weight control) w/1 Tbs br. sugar

Lunch: Veggies, diced chicken, 1 hard boiled egg (all from a salad bar, no lettuce) shaken up in a cup w/low fat ranch dressing.

Snack: 4 Lorna Doone Cookies

Skinny vanilla Latte

Dinner: 1 Salmon Pattie w/tarter sauce

Snack: 1 cup skim milk & 10 almonds

B: LC SlimFast shake

S: Water

L: McD's Grilled chicken salad with Ceasar Dressing & no croutons ate all chicken and 1/2 salad

S: 2 tbps of No Sugar Peanut Butter

S: Spicy Peanuts & Cashews

D: 1/4lb cooked hamburger with american cheese, summer squash from my garden, green olives, sauteed onions and some mayo

Drank about 48 oz of water...need to get in more though can't seem to do it.

I really like the weight watchers smart ones meals - the portions are good (I have trouble finishing them) and they taste pretty good too.

Yesterday:

B: smart ones Breakfast quesadilla

L: smart ones chicken and veggies with creamy parmesean sauce

D: smart ones lasagna with meat sauce

Usually I only eat one smart ones per day, but I had a crazy day yesterday . . .

that unfill was sooooooo bad but I didn't gain but I was able to eat a lot of crap and, I enjoyed every bit of it, but now I am back on track and ready to lose this last 15lbs.

B: egg + 1/4 Pilot cracker + 1/4 c cherries and 1/4 c blueberries

L: 2 oz roast chicken + 1 c lettuce + FF honey dijon dressing + 1/4 c cherries

S: Big Train chai

D: 2 oz tilapia + 1 c cabbage + 1/3 c raspberries

S: 5 thin slices of deli turkey + 1/2 of a light babybel

b: 3/4 cup kashi go lean crunch Cereal w/ 1/4 c. skim milk

s: 4 baby carrots w/ 1 tsp hummus

l: 1/2 slice of ww bread (toasted) w/ 2 tsp sugar free Peanut Butter and 1tsp sugar free rasperry jelly

d: shrimp cocktail

L: 2 oz baked tilapia, 1/2 c cabbage, 1/8 avocado, 2 T FF sour cream, 1 raspberry

D: 2 oz grilled tuna, 1/2 hard boiled egg, 1/4 c lettuce, 3 green Beans, 3 slices grilled onion, 2 olives, 1T nicoise dressing, 3 bites of key lime pie

S: 9 tortilla chips with 1/4 c refried beans + 1T FF sour cream

      I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

      Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞

        I may have to have gall bladder surgery during my weight loss surgery. Not thrilled about it either but do not want 2 recovery times. Just want it over with.

        Thanks for your post. I may need to rethink my decision... :(
