Snack ~ 2/3 of a Medium Iced coffee from McD's (followed by a chocolate chip cookie :blushing:)

Dinner ~ 2oz Grilled chicken Breast & 1/2 C Mashed Potatoes

Snack ~ Atkins Cafe Mocha Shake

Totals ~

970 Calories

46g Fat

72g Carbs

64g Protein

I have been drinking the strawberry Atkins shakes forever...but since they have changed their packaging they are disgusting...tastes like Pepto Bismol....has anyone else noticed?

Yup, I posted a thread about it ... I sent a complaint to Atkins and of course they sent me a generic "uncaring" response. I was really hooked on their Cafe Caramel Latte shakes ... but now their new "Cafe Caramel" tastes like crap! Of course, I didn't know this when I bought them and bought like 3 cases of it (still have 2 cases sitting in my fridge) but yeah, I noticed the new disgusting taste!

Find the thread I posted (in this food forum), in there is a link to send a complaint to Atkins :)

2 tbls lemon yogurt

2 scoops of chocolate Protein Powder

1 Sweet small pickle

1 pckt Dressing

TOTAL-CAL 359.5 P 41.1, FAT 16.5

Total for the Day..Cal 812.9, P 98.6, F 30.4

Are my fat grams to high?

      I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

      Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
