Ladies Topic- Intimacy

Recommended Posts

Hello, I know I maybe should post this on another forum but I feel like this one gets more attention.

I am 23 days out and my doc said intimacy is just fine- now worries. The issue I have now is...although I am almost healed up in my midsection I still have bruising and the incisions are still visible.

So my question is this...Has anyone come up with a creative way to cover just that area while still being able to indulge themselves?

My partner is nice and understanding but this is for me..

Doggie style. He can't see the scars and neither can you.

Sexy way: lingerie that covers

Practical way: Wear a tank top and pull the girls out of the top but keep the tank covering your mid-section.

Lol- Miss Mac- there is much to said about Doggy style...I guess I was wondering if anyone had found a middle cover that isn't a top cover. I'm blushing - lol

I'm thinking judiciously arranged frosting. Maybe it becomes Pavlovian and the sight of your scars get your partner drooling?

HAHHA, I love the comments.. SO I can see where your coming from.. I had scares from my gallbladder removal so I was lucky when they removed the stomach he reused the same areas. I too had some bruising an a little pain.. SO nothing even touching me could work for the first month. I was nauseated by the Protein and had to take anti nausea meds which left me sleepy and woozy.. so there was not many positions I could get into that would not:

A. cause me some discomfort

B. Show the bruises

c. I would not get dizzy and fall..

SO the solution we can up with was laying on our side in a spooning position. This way he could still hold me and the girls, and it didn't put pressure on my abdominal area. It also helped to put a pillow (fold it in half) between your knees. Worked like a charm.

NO COMPLAINTS were had by him or I

So.....

Name one guy, JUST ONE, who is looking at your torso when there are nekkid boobs out AND a warm mother earth place for his wiggly worm.

I've been married for 20 years (two months and 6 days) and I can tell you my husband can't even begin to describe the birth mark above my belly button due to BOOBS.

BOOBS.

That's all he sees. Seriously.

she never mentioned the gender of her partner... And boobs may not do it for her partner... I like the topless corset... I never had to think covering up because... Well like lipsticklady said... Boobs ( did anyone else's seem to get Bigger after surgery or is it just me?)

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
