April Sleevers! Where are you at in your Journey?

Recommended Posts

I'm using Premier Protein shakes, Isopure zero carb ( in the glass bottle) and Cocotein (similar to Isopure but tastes a little better).

How much are you able to drink in one sitting as far as ounces go?

I'm able to get in between 10-15oz in one sitting (over probably 10-15 minutes). At first it was not easy to get that much in at all. But in the last couple of days I feel like the swelling has gone down a lot and it's easier to get more in.

I definitely feel like staying focused on drinking is going to be one of my struggles when I return to work. I'm usually not one to drink a bunch while at work... so I'm going to have to try to come up with a way to keep myself focused on it... because it seems that if you go too long without drinking it's really hard to catch up.

Sleeved 4/23, down 78 lbs! Feeling pretty good!

I am finding that when I lost weight slowly and was this weight I "felt" a lot thinner than I feel right now which is weird.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
