I have been lucky.... VSG surgery on January 20th and so far 35 lbs down. No pain or complications... I'd say I am at 100% ...actually before surgery I wasn't even close to 75%...lol Weight loss has slowed a bit after transition from liquid stage to soft foods. after surgery a solid 10 lb loss The next 2 weeks had solid 8 lb losses the last 3 weeks have been in the 3 lb/week range with everyday weights bouncing up and down day to day. I feel now is the time to ramp up exercise that I have lost enought AND healed enough to get my goal of at least 10k steps with the fitbit AND 30 minutes eliptical a day.... Has anyone else started this early...or late to start a regimen? I will say that after today's exercise I do feel great! hoping over the next few days to report bigger weight losses! BTW met both goals today of 30 eliptical and 11.5k steps!
