A New Day

  • Popular Post

I woke up this morning and realized: This will be the last holiday season I will allow myself to be single and invisible. By this time next year I will have blossomed into my true beautiful and healthy self instead of hiding behind all of this weight and shame. I am so excited for the adventure ahead. I pray it goes well. I know it will be a tough path, but that the rewards will be so worth it.

Do you remember the day you knew your life was going to change for the better?

You are nearly there!

I'm 10 days post op and I still have that feeling every day! I feel like I've won the lottery!

Hi, I'm 9 days post-op and doing great. I lost 19lbs on the pre-op diet and I am 26 lbs down total now! So excited for this new year and all the "new" to come.

And Onward! Look at you go!! Keep up the great work!

Made it successfully through day two of the liquid diet. Surgery is in a few hours. Only problem is my throat is scratchy and my nose is starting to feel a little stuffy. Hopefully this is just an allergy that will clear by morning

At the hospital now. Anxious as heck thinking I'm going to leave anxiety too strong

Just breathe! You got this! We'll be here cheering for you.
