yes I started on Thursday so I am at the end of Day 4. I have 2 shakes a day and 1 light meal consisting of meat and salad. The day after Thanksgiving I start my full liquids for 12 days. I don't really have any hunger; I guess I'm too excited and the fact that I know I have a goal in mind is good. How about you?

I can't wait to get this lapband and port out.

I'm a revision as well I lost no weight with lap band at all I'm going to start eating light I only have to do Clear Liquids 7 days post op so I'll start day after thanksgiving if they can get me in on 12/5

Started pre-surgery diet on Thursday, down almost 10 pounds. So far it hasn't been that hard, but there's still Thanksgiving to contend with. I think the smell of the turkey is gonna drive me crazy! Just going to have to seek away for a walk to get my mind off of it. 9 more days till surgery.

thats great bikiniin, I lost 80 with the lapband and gained back about 40 more or less.
