Today sept 30th made it one year post op I am so excited about this journey in my life I lost 126 pounds overall 114 after surgery I am now 174 and so happy in my skin size 10/12 from size 18/20 /22 wow I love this guys I wish everyone the best of luck just Turing 40 I feel like I am 20 lol

Tnx guys love all the comments I still eat small I cut out sugar and I drink lots of water and I exercise alottttttttt don't get me wrong I eat sweets when I feel for it once in a blue moon
