Ok... Here are my "official" 1 year progress pics. I've had my daughter take all of them every month & I handed her the camera tonight & said "last one!!!" And we both had a cry :-) anyway....

You could be the poster child for gastric sleeve and people would line up for it. You look so good. I'm so amazed by the results in just one year. You look so much younger. Don't you love not having thighs that rub together anymore?? You are a great reminder of why I'm doing this.

Haha it's funny you say that. That's one of the first things I said when I saw the pic... About my thighs not touching. I attribute that to lots and lots of running

Hey You! You look great! I had my surgery in the same office, but with Dr Clark Gerhart! Even at the same time! I had mine Sept 25! Only I lost 93 pounds! You look great! Congrats!

It's a small world!!! 93 pounds is great! Congrats! Do you go to the support group through their office?

You look amazing!!

Hello! I went to one support meeting, back when I was a month out. I would like to go again, but the distance is 1 hour away, and I work 12 hours a day.

Do you go? Do you find them helpful?

I've been to 2 meetings since surgery. I also live about 45 minutes away and it's hard to get there after working, etc. all day. I try to hit them when the topic is relevant but I miss more than I make.
