I've gotten my psych clearance, scheduled my sleep study, nutrition classes and upper endoscopy. My date is October 14th. Btw, anyone here from Jersey? Look forward to making friends w everyone!

My surgery will be on Oct. 28th. I have 2 more nutrition appointments, upper GI series, pre-op testing and appt with my surgeon and primary care doctor. Oct. 3rd is when my paper work will be submitted to my insurance for prior authorization. I'm just trying to stick to the diet a weight gain is the only thing that can postpone my surgery. Good luck!!

It's our season for sure.

This is my 7th day on low carb pre-op diet. Yesterday was tough because it was the 1st day I was home all day. I was in out of the kitchen preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner for my children. At one point I thought I was going to give in but I pushed through. I'm so thankful I'm not having headaches at this point. October 7th sleevers we have 7 days remaining ! Wow, my excitement is continuing to grow. This week will go by quickly. For those of you getting sleeved this week congratulations and i wish you a speedy recovery!

Hi! I just signed up to, this is my second Day on this site!! Not sure if I posted anything lol but I did setup my profile!! I'm scheduled for Oct3rd and I'm a ball of nerves!! I'm Melissa and its great meeting you, I'm about 3 hours away in Mass!

I'm oct 1. just got the phone call today from the hospital on the time. On the protein shakes, at this point i'm sort of like "let's just do this." No idea how i'm going to sleep night before...

BigMA welcome :-) when is your surgery date? Mine is 7 October.

Tomorrow is my 24hr liquid day and Wednesday is the big day!!! I'm so numb to emotion right now. I truly don't know how I'm feeling... I just can't believe the time has come!
