  1. Don't waste your time with them. They claimed that the doctor never faxed over a prescription. After several tries & going back and forth I gave up & said never mind. They called a month later & said they didn't receive the prescription & they couldn't help me. Smh...
  2. I was taken off & then put back on. I've lost 56 lbs. My surgery was on Oct 8, 2014. Prior to the surgery I was on 2 blood pressure medications & 1 diabetic pill. Now I'm just on 1 blood pressure medication. I have no idea why my pressure was normal after surgery & about over a month or two in it went up again.
  3. I hope you get well soon. Your in my prayers... Keep us posted.

  12. I vomited a few times after surgery during recovery. They gave me several different medications through my IV to help with vomiting. I would contact my insurance company & let the doctor know what is covered & what's not covered. Best wishes to you on your new journey...

  22. I know the feeling, I can also relate. I'm on full liquids for a few more days & Ive just had about enough of the protein shakes too. I can't stand syntax nectar! I purchased a sample pack & I'm sorry that I wasted my money. Hang in there. It will & does get better.
  23. After surgery in recovery I was nausea and vomited a few times but they say it's normal. They have me medication for it. After that I was fine. Some people do & some don't. Don't focus on vomiting, stay focused on what you have to do before the surgery. Best wishes to you.
  24. I agree with Kamp.. Do not let anyone discourage you from what you are considering. Who is he to tell you not too? He's not your primary doctor, he's just a heart doctor. Unless you have a serious heart condition I wouldn't listen to him. Find another heart doctor. I think that the only way you will have diarrhea is if you eat something that may not agree with you.
