Going back to the beginning......

So......tomorrow I will be 6 weeks post-op and I am gaining weight instead of losing. The first 4 weeks I lost 24lbs and then stalled. I have gained 4lbs in the past week. I am going to start over from the full liquid stage to see if I can lose some of this weight. Not discourged, but a little disappointed. I am doing light exercise 3 x week (treadmill, eliptical), nothing heavy. People are telling me that I look good, but I hate that darn scale!!! Thanks for letting me vent. Have a great day all and keep losing!!

You might still be stalling. As you say, go back to the basics to make sure you're not making any poor choices. You might try logging your food with www.myfitnesspal.com. Are you getting your 64+ ounces of Fluid in every day? If not, you should focus on that too. And remember, stalls happen -- don't let them derail your program. Good luck!!!

I am using myfitnesspal. It really does help. This past weekend has not been the best LOL. But I do need to focus on my water intake. I feel like I can't remember the last time I had close to 64 ounces of water. I am getting my protein in via Premier Protein. I know it's the water issue. Thanks for responding!

I just ran up and down 4 flights of steps at work during my break! Anything helps...when I go home I am going to increase the speed on the treadmill! I have to keep the faith!!! Thanks

I am just over 6 weeks and I am going through the same feelings you are. I was getting my Protein and calories. I was taking all my Vitamins. My Water intake was not even close to 64 oz. So I called my NUT, and she said I have to do more exercise. So last week I started to walk 30 minutes on the treadmill. By no means like a trackstar. I weighed myself this morning and I finally lost weigt again. Just hang in there, hopefully you will find your nitch.
