Question: Did anyone experience not being hungry during their liquid diet due to nausea? It's only day 2 for me. I'm keeping hydrated but my lunch time has came & went. I'm not hungry at all. I know skipping a meal is not an option or is it?

I'm still waiting for my approval & date. I expect it to be in September . I'm having a hard time finding a good meal replacement shake for my 2 week liquid diet. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Lots of blessings to all.

That is awesome !!! Congrats on the weight loss! & your surfer date will be here before you know it! I'm waiting for approval from my insurance company & a date. Keep us posted on how your doing.

Hi all, my last dr appt is this Saturday August 9. I'm hoping & praying that my surgery will be scheduled by the end of August. I would like to have it before back to school starts.

As far as vitamins you only have to crush them or take liquid vitamins until your able to swallow whole pills. There are so many benefits to having the surgery. At least your able to eat, some of us have to be on a liquid diet for 2 weeks before surgery. I know your on information over load but you have to do your research & weigh out the pros & cons. The surgery has great benefits for a healthy life long life. Many blessings to you on your decision.

Same here! I'm just about done with my requirements. Looking at a August/September surgery date. I'm very excited & proud of myself & everyone who has decided to embark on this life long journey.

I have UHC the community plan too & mine is being covered. You have to follow what they require & use the doctors that are in their plan.

I'm half way thru the process. Im actually finishing up with my cardiology test as we speak. All I have left is a seminar, nutritionist, psych eval, & my office visit with my support person. I'm looking at August/September surgery. Excited & nervous at the same time...
