went to gym just to do the treadmill did 1.5 milrs went in sauna for 10 minutes then went into the hot tub .. when i got outta the hot tub i felt like i was going to fall over took me 10 minutes just to get changed ... I am 4 weeks out maybe the hot tub was a little bit to much after everything else i did burn more calories on the treadmill then i took in .. Went home and ate and i feel fine now . That was just weird . this happen to anyone else

a little over weeks out and i have lost 36 pounds

i DON'T KNOW WHAT IT IS but i woke up and have been is such a depressed sad state all day i am 2.5 weeks out everything is going fine , I have had no issues any other days just today .. I was just wondering if anybody else has had this happen to them after surgery ?

Just went to my one week follow-up today and everything is looking great next to no pain down 22 pounds from surgery and 45 from pre-op diet and best of all puree diet starts now omg it is nice to eat something other then broth =)

thanks for the info flavored Water is a little easier to get down got down 8 oz down 50+ more to go =)

Hi I have just had surgery. I have been home 2 days now stomache is still sore , was just wondering if anyone has had a problem drinking all that is expected of you i darnk 1 protien shake and sipped Water all day but there is no way i can get another shake in me I am so full .. Does it get easier ? I know water and Protein are the most important things after surgery ..

Just got home from 2 days in hospital had my sleeve done .. no complications just am REALLY REALLY SORE

getting sleeved on the 29th can not wait it was suppose to be on the 26th and got pushed back . I am so ready I have been follow diet from doctor and dropped 21 pounds , and at this point I just wanna get into the hospital and get this started .. I am so excited was a little bummed on the delay but got over that .. this site is great I have been reading more forums since I found this sight then ever in my life . This is a great community and there is so much great info here . It is nice to have a place to go to to ask a question to people who have gone through the same experience ... so excited =) weight now is 374 height 5 ' 11" Male

My surgery was set for the 26th and got pushed back to the 29th ..alll month I have been excited and happy ans I know it is stupid but since they called me to say the surgery was moved back 3 days I have been depressed . Has this happened to any else ?

In ocean county Getting sleeved in 2 weeks can not wait I have a friendw who just got it done and I am excited .
