just had surgery surgery

Had my surgery yesterday and boy I am in pain but glad it is over ...

Stay strong and remember you did this for a reason ! The pain will subside and you'll be on the right track ! Remember to walk while your there !! Good luck to you on your journey !!

Don't say no to pain meds!! Hang in there, it's downhill from here ...

Walking is the best way to relieve should pain stomach pain etc!! The pain is caused by the Gas in your stomach which can rise to your shoulder so walk a lot that's what helped me I was walking two hours after I was out of surgery! And I'm feeling like a champ keep it up and walk walk walk! :)
