  17. I brought a ton of stuff to the hospital after watching a bunch of YouTube videos but guess what! I didn't use none of it except for slippers, a robe to cover my butt and a pair of comfortable changing clothes. Congrats!!!

  23. Thanks ladies!! I would love to see your progress as well!!! Sleeve Sistas!!!????
  24. @@Whitney1968 I went through the same feeling. Depressed and wondering what did I do to myself! What I can tell you is that this feeling will pass. It's part of the process. I couldn't figure it out before because no one around me at the time had this surgery. Everything that was of comfort to me was no longer an option and I didn't cope well with that feeling. I look back now 10 months later and say wow!!! I'm so happy for this surgery!!

  26. Hi I was also sleeved by Doctor Michael Thomas in October if last year. So far I haven't had any complications and I'm almost 100 pounds down. If you don't mind me asking what type if complications did you have that required you to be reserved?
  27. Hi everyone!! It's been a long time and our year is fast approaching. How is everyone?
  28. Congrats!!! You will not regret this decision!!!!

  33. Do your best if you need to bake the powder just so you can chew do that. The key is they want to know if you can tolerate a low calorie diet. I lost 14 pounds and they only wanted me to loose 8 it was hard emotionally hard but just know it's for a higher purpose.
  34. It works! It's life changing and the experience is priceless.
