So when I am officially sleeved and start loosing I would like a visual aid of my weight loss progress. I've seen the 2 vases with stones - 1 for lbs to go and 1 for lbs lost. And also the charm Bracelet. Wondering if anyone else has some ideas to share???

Take your measurements, then once a month add up inches lost and cut you a piece of pretty ribbon as long as your total inches loss!

You could put your weights on an Excel spreadsheet & do a graph of them.

Once when I was on the Atkns Diet, I lost 50 pounds. What I did was for every pound I lost, I saved back a one pound can of food. When I hit a major stall and gave up, I gave the cans to an organization that was having a food drive.

You could take a Weekly/Monthly picture of yourself and do a flip book of your loss!! I wish I would of thought of that 3 months ago! ha ha

      Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
