I must say I'm a little disappointed in the customer service of this site. I filled out my application 3weeks ago and have had to call them to "check" every step of the way, they first told me they were waiting on my dr to fax back the scripts, but my dr had done it on the 10th. Now they said it was still being processed. They told me three different times they would call me back, but don't. Today they said they'd call me tomorrow to let me know what's covered. Please don't get me wrong, if approved I will be soooo grateful, these Protein Shakes are pricey! Anyone else feel like they're getting the run around?

Sigh....YES but at the opposite end!

I keep trying to get them to STOP sending them to me! I use a different Protein shake now and it's worth it to me to pay the $$ bc I've never liked the Premiere Protein! I've asked them to stop twice and just got another delivery today!

Anyone in central to southern CA want some premiere Protein shakes????

I was approved on June 13th and I just got my first shipment Monday July 22, 2014. I am very please with Insure service. I have been purchasing premier shakes from SAMs and to save the $$ I am very excited and a very happy camper. I also received two big bottles of liquid

Multi Vitamins and a list of the Vitamins in the bottle. Once again I only have positive things to say.

I honestly don't think they wait for a prescription from your doctor because I filled out the form. They sent me an email saying they sent the form to my doctor. Then a few days later they emailed me back saying the doc sent the prescription back and they would notify me if approved. Well I haven't even had my first appt with doctor so why would a doc fill out a perscription on a patient he's never seen. I think they just take your insurance info and see if they can get it approved and gov from there. Today they emailed me and said my ins does not cover it. So u think they just go directly to your ins company.

Hi everyone, I am speaking from my own experience. The company do contact your Dr. When I filled out the paper work I put the NP down because she is the one that do my fills (Lapband). I called my Dr office to follow up to make sure they did receive the paperwork from Insure. The receptionist inform me the paper work came in with the NP name listed and they had to contact Insure to resend paperwork with Doctor listed. To make a long story short .. I just got my second shipment with two bottles of liquid muliti Vitamins. I love the Premier Protein shakes . I receive 4 cases a month and each case contain 18 shakes...Saving me $$ because I was purchasing every two weeks at SAMs...... I hope this helps

Im waiting on 1st shipment. This would save me $100 a month! So worth the paperwork & email tag to get it done. I prefer premier chocolate and when needed I thin it down w milk so not as sweet. Good luck

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
