Books for the mental health part of this journey

Does anyone have any books they would recommend for how to deal with the mental part of WLS? I'm not craving food now and have no problem with the physical part of this, but I'm grieving my relationship with food & wine. I would love to find some resources. Anything you recommend that has helped?

This was the topic of our last montly meeting...they had a lot of good articles (you can google them)...but, unfortunately, I'm not aware of books on the subject, tho, I am sure they exist.

A good motivational book is the "Success Habits" by Colleen Cook

I am currently reading Eat it Up (it was used by my therapist in Atlanta). Geneen Roth has several great books. OA literature and AA Big Book are also helpful.

You MUST read "When food is Love" by Geneen Roth. My therapist recommended it, and I can tell you it has literally changed my life. You can read more posts about how it has affected my thinking and behaviors on my blog if you're intersted. But I simply cannot recommend it highly enough. :-)

I found "The Emotional First Aid Kit" by Cynthia L. Alexander helpful.

I liked this one, too.
