Tasty but complete multi vitamin

That's great! I am delighted to hear when people have a relationship with doctors that is positive. Best of luck!

I got samples of Celebrate Vitamins and a lot of their chewable vitamins contain coconut. Which I am SEVERELY allergic. So, those are a no. I contacted Bariatric Advantage but cannot seem to get them to contact me back for a complete ingredients list (which I cannot find on their site) and samples. So, I am not buying Vitamins that are that expensive without knowing some things. So Flinstones might be my only choice <_<

In my nutrition class we were offered the choice of buying all of our vitamins from Nasobal, they make the B12 nasal spray but also make chewable vitamins and they are covered by some insurance plans making the out of pocket cost lower that most other places. It may be something to look into or talk to your doctor/nutritionist about, I have no idea about ingredients though so you would have to make sure it worked for you.

You are welcome guys :) I was scared to order something without trying it and from my previous surgery I already know that I like and tolerate Celebrate very well so decided to stick with what I know..I may try the package from Nasobal later on in my recovery though. If either of you get it, let me know what you think!

I'm very interested in this thread. I am 2 months out an the only issue I am having is with Vitamins. Someone please help.. I dnt want to get sick or loose my hair! :(

I have tried Bariatric Advantage an I have tried Celebrate, both times I have tried it made sure to put something on tummy an within 15 minutes I was throwing up:(

I need a Vitamin I can keep down! So far only thing I have been able to take is the flinstone gummys, but I'm worried that it's not enough of what I need. Also if ppl are taking the flinstone Gummy are they taking anything else to? Please help... I'm trying to get in a routine an I'm having a very hard time

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
