Down 18.3 including preop.

I ate refried Beans all day today w cheese and Greek yogurt! Yummy!

So much better than Protein shakes.

Doc says he would like 55 grams of Protein. And at least 20 oz Water.

Interested in what other docs want for consumption?

It takes time I had some mash potatoes and the juice off of the baked chicken for the family sure was tasty, but my sleeve didn't like it. Oh well on to the next tomorrow.

I get between 50-75gm of Protein a day I'm usually sipping on my Protein all day along with Vitamin Water or some kind of flavored water inbetween the protein keeps me pretty full all day till I get home from work around 7 that's when I usually want something else but this liquid mushy diet where on really sucks so I'll just have a popsicle or little bit of cheese something I can chew

I'm 20 pounds down since surgery with the pre opt and I've been at a stall since Friday is this normal?

I would like to kno what you guys are eating so I can get a idea also

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
