Okay, this is a little embarrassing, but, I can finally see my pubic area!!! AND, I have noticed a pubic pouch. It just looks like a little pouch I'm sure is from the extra weight I've carried for 20 years. My question is if there's anything I can do about this!!!!

that little pouch gets smaller but it is an area I plan on getting plastic surgery on. I see to many women in my wls place that look wonderful except for that little pouch. so besides my right upper arm that pouch is going to get fix.

Probably a surgery for this, but not sure it would be worth it for me. I think men are just so happy to get there they really don't notice this small variation.

Hello,

I have had that pouch my whole life before and after my band. I plan on one day getting surgery to flatten it! Even at my goal weight I still have it and it I am very self conscious about it. I have been in a committed relationship for 4 years and getting married in October and he doesn't mind it but I do and it's the last piece of my puzzle to feel absolutely amazing! I think it's a personal decision but there is surgery for it!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
