Tomorrow is my 10 months post op. I have lost 100lbs + from my heaviest weight . Used to be a size 18/2X and I am now a size 2/S (xs is some brands ????) I couldn't be happier about my new healthier lifestyle . It has not been easy but it has been the best decision I have made.

@@Petunia1 you look beautiful!!! Did your have any sagging skin issues??

Thank you AngelaE. I personally choose to be open with the whole thing despite some of the negatives that come along with that. There is no face of weight loss surgery and we can't all be put in a box. It's been a great experience with both my sleeve and my lower body lift and I've been blessed to have things go so well and have no major complications from either surgery :)

Everyone looks great! This thread has always been a huge inspiration, and I love adding to it.

I was sleeved 12/29/14

Before: 342 lbs size 22+ (stopped buying pants when 22 stopped fitting me)

Current: 216 lbs size 12

I want to lose another 46-66 lbs.

reached goal weight at 7 mths

wow you look so similar to me. Same starting weight and goal rate, maybe close to my age. If I may ask, how is the skin issue. It and Hair loss scare me. I am really doing this so that I will not grow old heavy and be able to move, get healthy and be more active bit the down side of the skin freak me a bit. I am having surgery 9/29/2015...

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
