I'm 3 weeks post gastric sleeve, so am reliant on Protein shakes. I've just found an incredible deal and had to check to see if it was a mistake, but it's not. Amazon has MET-Rx Protein Plus RTD 51, 15 Ounce (Pack of 12 for 3.99 and 4.99 shipping)! These are normally around $42 because they have 51 grams of protein! Plus they taste pretty good!

My order was shipped but the weight of the package is for 1 can. I called amazon and they said if I only receive one can that they will contact the company and make sure they ship me the other 11 because the description clearly states 12ct 15oz cans! So heres to hoping they get it right the first time !

don't dispair...because they only sent me 3 cans...not 36... I will be calling them tonight!!! If that's what it says, that's what they need to deliver!!!

Yeah, I can't call from work...but I sent them an email... so we shall see... we all figured they made a mistake...but they have to live by that...since they shipped and didn't cancel, they owe me 33 cans! and NOT a refund!

This is a portion of the email I received early this morning. I knew this was too good to be true... someone who works their Amazon account made a BIG mistake and should have posted the item for $39.99 instead of $3.99. And I don't think the mistake was really "caught" until this thread was posted. I was thinking okay one or two orders at $3.99 ...yea maybe....BUT this thread has over 1,000 views and before the link was disabled think about how many viewers clicked on that link ( including myself) to place an order for multiple 12 packs. Lol....they are very wrong for not honoring the posted price and I WILL NOT be doing anymore business with Vitacost ... I've been using them for years for supplements, etc. And I better get a full refund.. I don't want 2 cans... if I can't get 24 I don't want any and I am about to email them ASAP and let them know.

Anyhoo... guess its on to the Vitamin Shoppe down by the mall :-)

I just received three cans, after I received an email that it was cancel. idk whats going on.

I received 3 cans (my order was for 3 sets of 24 cans) and they told me that was a "gift" and they refunded my money for the full order, including shipping!

BigGirlPanties oh ok, maybe that its, Idk bc I haven't received any other email. the info paper don't say anything just whats the shakes.

Nancy, just be sure you get a FULL refund...contact Amazon if you don't; they will get it straightened out for you!

The price was a mistake I assume or they must have run out, because I just received an email from Amazon notifying me that my order was cancelled and that I will be refunded.

Agree, I ordered it on the day I found out and I too rxd a letter saying they cancelled it, they should b held accountable for those who did order it, bc it was posted, mistake or not. Blah! !

I received my one can today. I honestly don't care if I was vita cost or amazons fault they will make it right !
