i walked a couple of 6+ today and i wasn't out of breath. i wasn't the last one in the group and i talked the entire time i was walking. it was great.

It is a GREAT FEELING when, for the first time in long time, you begin to feel a difference....

I first noticed it at an airport, parked a long way from the terminal...and had to walk...I was also pressed for time....

did not (walk or aerobics yesterday)

but DID a lot of house work.....i live in a long ranch house

and its back and forth with laundry and i will def include that

as my (exercise for yesterday) :)

Working out and starting my liquid diet helped. I went in weighing 18 pounds less than a week ago.

Today was a busy day, I was banded this morning at 8:15, and now I'm in a recovery home for the night. I took several walks around the place and drank lots of Water.

Now back to my regularly scheduled visit to La La Land. I go home in the morning.

Best wishes, als41. You aer doing a great job!

4.5 mile run outside this afternoon. 30 degrees and lovin it!

For three days in a row I have been getting up at 5 a.m. and going 45 min on the treadmill (instead of 30). I really hope to keep this schedule up. I feel good afterwards. My hip joints are kinda sore but hopefully that will go away eventually.

Since being banded on Monday, I haven't been as active as before I'm still kind of sore. But I have been up and about and moving around quite a bit inside the house. It feels like I did 1 billion situps, at least when the medicine is worn off. Next week I will start back at the gym, with light workouts on the treadmill.

Well, sat on my butt for 4 hours this morning in a meeting at my grandson's school. Does that count as exercise? Yesterday I worked in the school media center for 4 hours, and checking in and out books. This is a high scoring STEM school and the media center is very busy. I can't guess how many books i logged in and/ out, but I stood for most of it since it was easier to move them along.

26 miles on the bike today. nice and breezy.....

I got up took y son to school , came back and just started walking up one side of the street then back down the other side put laundry in folded clothes , and walked around my coffee table for 10 min , now it's off to work to stand for four hrs,. then my 30 min walk , then stand and move for the next four hrs, then to the store after work to get some things , then maybe I will be able to sleep at least 4 hrs, guess I a getting my exercise in and not even thinking about it lol I will take it .
