For the last year, I was/am a Red Bull junkie. I started with the regular 8 oz. Red Bull. Six+ months ago I switched to sugar free RB. Now, I usually have one (never more than one) TOTAL ZERO red bull a day. I also was an iced coffee or iced tea junkie. I totally stopped iced coffee's all together. I switched from regular iced tea to a local brand of Southern Brew Diet Black Tea (details below). I do not drink any soda or any other "juices", etc. I do have skim milk for Cereal, etc. I need to find a drink that is okay to drink and is allowed.

Any suggestions??

Hello :)

Healthy alternatives:

Crystal Lite (or similar brand)...great way to get your Water in if you find Water too bland

Unsweetened Ice Tea (add sugar substitutes if you have a preference)

I have hot tea and coffee all the time and mine always have milk/sugar (Sweet & Low). However, if you are a cold drinker...make your fav iced coffees at home so you can control the indgredients to keep cals/fat/sugar low. Try to make this a treat because as diuretics this should not be considered water intake.

Water is the best drink you can give your body. Find something to put in your Water like MIO that is calorie free. Crystal light still has calories and I would rather eat my calories then drink them.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
