Has anyone tried the unjury cheese sauce?

Recommended Posts

Unjury has the "Protein'd cheese Sauce" back in stock. Has anyone ever tried it? I really like all the other Unjury varieties with the exception of the unflavored.

I liked it. It got me truth liquid phase post op because I'm a cheese addict. You have to find the consistency u like & blend well. I sometimes put that & some nacho sauce on spaghetti squash.

I did. And truly, it does taste like the nacho cheese sauce you would get at a movie theater. I don't taste the Protein, but one thing I thought is that it is VERY salty (I don't know if that's because I've been staying away from high sodium foods lately...). I had it with crackers, but if it is mixed in a Pasta or something else, I imagine the salt would not be so obvious to me... but all in all, for a protein snack, it is GOOD :-) I feel like I'm cheating on my diet when I taste it lol.

I like it; used it in instant mashed potatoes & chicken broth to make faux potato cheese Soup. Just remember like other Protein powders it will clump badly in hot liquid. Mixing it into a paste with little room temp Water is best way to go.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
