What ya eating tonight?

I had a small sweet potato, with a tablespoon of i cant believe its butter,

And i boiled a boneless skinless chicken breast. With salt and pepper, curry, garlic powder and some soul food seasoning. After it cooked i put a tablespoon of BBQ sauce to the side so the bites of chicken wouldnt be to dry,

All was good, filled up quick even tho i was slow eating

Oh and are those homemade? I bought Italian meatballs but they have beef and pork :(

Yes, I do but it's not on my list and I have a feeling won't let me have them (too greasy)

Dinner tonight was lentil soup and a small piece of a hass avocado. Yum!

Bacon! I ate bacon! I actually had a bowl of baked potato soup but made bacon for my husband's BLTs, and it just smelled so good, so I decided to taste it, and it just disintegrated right in my mouth. It was heavenly. So I had a few more teeny pieces and then just waited for some kind of reaction from the pouch, but everything has been awesome! Soup was good, but such a let down after tasting that bacon.

That sounds delicious! I wonder if we can have turkey bacon. I'd love a strip for breakfast. Yum. That regular bacon is sooo good!

I miss sushi! I'm afraid of it because rice is the only thing I've gotten sick on. I'm a little over 3 months.

Is it sad that I look forward to old hippy girls responses on here?? I'm sorry but the stuff that she eats is not part of this program. We signed up for this to lose weight. Not keep our old habits. I see her posting that she eats pizza, wings, corn, chocolate eggs today?? Why even bother having the surgery? I know it's not my life or my body that is being hurt here, but just some caution to others on here, eating those thing post op is not ok. I've lost 58lbs since December following my doctor and nuts orders and no where on the paperwork is 90% of the things she post that she eats... And how have you not experienced any dumping? Ok. Sorry I had to rant after reading her post tonight. *steps off his soap box*
