Red peppered hummus and 4 gluten free baked crackers. Traveling day quick easy in my car food.

That is one of my "go to" foods.

Eating some lightly breaded simply smart Perdue chicken with some peas. I feel like a fatass whenever I eat tho, I think a lil of my eating disorder is coming back. Feel like I should have just drank milk.

About an ounce and a half of pot roast, three bites of mashed potatoes, two bites of broccoli. Yum.

Still on liquids but tried a bite of garlic bread which was a huge mistake. I got plugged and almost threw up but drank a little soda and it helped move it along now I'm sleepy and feeling pretty guilty. These are great posts everyone!! I love to hear the new ideas of what everyone's eating!

Mashed taters, broccoli, and cauliflower. Ate at moms house so made do with what she fixed.

I tried 1/2 a banana today for the first time. And some clam chowder for lunch. No problems with either one. Not a good Protein day for me lol

WATERMELON!!!!! Wait, that was dessert....went out to dinner with my kiddo, order the grilled chicken sandwich without a bun and broccoli instead of fries.....ate about 2 oz of chicken and 4-5 small broccoli florets....actually enjoyed the broccoli more than the chicken....and the watermelon most :)

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
