The day I went in to the hospital I weighed in at 268 lbs when I left the hospital I weighed 284 lbs. 16 lbs was just from fluids they gave me in the hospital. That was gone after 3-5 days the other 18 lbs has taken 2 weeks.

I was the biggest person there. So I started going at 1 am, then I thought I'm here to get healthy. To hell with what other people think. Get some great music and going for yours, you go girl lol

Boy what a difference a decade makes, I have diabetes, sleep apnea, and arthritis now. It's not going to better without help. Calm down and think about all things your weight is costing and what the future holds if keep going on the same way you are now. STEP out on faith, GOD's got your back. You'll do great

I had to get off the ride in front everybody, I thought I would die. I haven't been since that was 15 years ago. I'm looking forward to getting on my favorite roller coaster The Demon, playing with my kids, shopping in a regular store not plus size. Not taking anymore medicine
