How Many Calories Per Day?

I am 6 weeks post surgery and have lost 40 pre and 40 post. I have 100 to go or maybe less...depending. Just wondering...how many calories do you all eat each day? I am keeping close track of food and exercise on My Fitness Pal. I try to keep calories around 700-800...does that sound right to those of you who are maybe 2-3 months out? I feel as if I'm not hungry and I am getting 80 protein grams per day.

So I haven't had my surgery yet (booked Dc 12) so don't know what it's like -- have a question though-- are you ever hungry with that little amount of calories?? -- not knowing what to expect!

I'm never hungry... not once since surgery! Now that I'm not in ketosis anymore my body tells me when it's been four or five hours since eating. Its hard to describe. Not hunger or pain and not really low blood sugar. Just a vague feeling. Maybe still head hunger which is very real. But no, no true hunger.

I average about 500 calories a day. I'm starting to feel hungry so I'm adding more fruit and veggies.

What do you eat/drink to get that much protein in a day? Any suggestions would be WONDERFUL!
