How Many Calories Per Day?
I am 6 weeks post surgery and have lost 40 pre and 40 post. I have 100 to go or maybe less...depending. Just wondering...how many calories do you all eat each day? I am keeping close track of food and exercise on My Fitness Pal. I try to keep calories around 700-800...does that sound right to those of you who are maybe 2-3 months out? I feel as if I'm not hungry and I am getting 80 protein grams per day. Kathy

Smoking After Surgery
I quit two years ago as i was tired of hacking and needed to do serious prep for rny. I just had surgery 2weeks ago. I know i will never start smoking again...but i also know that it is always there in the back of my mind. Dont beat yourself up for thinking about it...but if you just weigh the consequences (which you know as well as i do as former smokers) i am sure you will decide not to start. You are strong as you have proven by taking on this life challenge of wls. Embrace life!
