  5. I was wondering the same thing... Why can't we have gum?? I miss coffee i want to try some so bad but i don't want ulcers my mother had gastric bypass when i was in high school over 14 years ago and she had ulcers she never knew why but I'm sure it's the coffee and the cigarettes. That scares me away from the coffee. I do miss it though!
  6. Remember to get extra fluids today! I've only gotten sick twice but it takes away allot of your fluids so the next two days you can feel like crap if you don't replenish them fast.

  9. I made the choice to tell my coworkers from the beginning. While i was going to my appointments i talked about the process and i think that helped. Some warned me that they knew people that had problems with it or it's too dangerous but i told them it was my choice. I work as a cna in a nursing home i only told the girls on my floor the big bosses and a few in the kitchen. yesterday people from the other floors were asking me how i was doing and how much I've lost. The word has spread through the building lol. But I'm ok with that it's a big support for me. I have had no complications so far and I'm doing great so the people that had doubt are now congratulating me!
