Have a recipe for the best pork hops. After my surgery I couldn't eat a lot of meat but now I can a little and this is the best way to eat. Pork hop I have found.
1 packet of dry Ranch Seasoning
2cans Cream of chicken Soup
4 pork chops
1 can of Water
Sprinkle each pork hop on both sides with ranch dressing seasoning and place in crockpot. After all 4 large chops or several thin Breakfast chops are placed in the crockpot, add both cans of cream of chicken soup, And 1 can of water and cook on high for 5 nhours. The pork hops will fall apart and be so tender. You can use gravy over potatoes or just to help you eat the tender chop!
Hope you enjoy!
