I started Zumba about 2-3 weeks after surgery...it was a beast!!!! But I would make it thru. I do zumba (on my kids Xbox at home) when the weather doesn't allow me to get out and walk or when I'm bored with stationary bike

I love the rhythm of Zumba, but man, did it ever make me realize how bad my 2 left feet really are!! LOL cannot wait to have a waist again so that I actually look like I'm doing the Zumba moves and not just jiggling my jello LOL

At our gym, they even offer aqua zumba! I saw they are offering Zumba Glow which utilizes black lights and bright clothing/glow sticks!

I started out at about 15 mins but now I'm up to an hour...I probably could go longer but u started out at home but now u go to classes ans they only last an hour

I am pre-surgery. I just started going to zumba class this week. I love it. I do the whole hour but lose my energy level after 40 minutes. I still push thru to one hour. I stay in the back because I feel like a dancing bear but one day slowly that will change.

I am two weeks out and I started my Zumba DVD this week. Seriously thinking about joining a class!

I love zumba I started back at the gym and have been doing it weekends. 3 Weeks post op was kind of hard but 4 Weeks was better.
