  1. I have been so lazy lately since work, but I have got to get back in the work out motion, regardless how tired I feel:)
  2. Its been so long since I poted, I have a question. Has anyone stalled yet in the weight shredding department??
  3. Hello all- It has taken me awhile to post something since I have been busy with school and family. I will be one month post -op come Tuesday of next week and all is well. No nausea. No pain. No complications. All the food I am able to eat stays in my belly and I stay hydrated. I'm already down 20 pounds total this week. So including the weight watchers and surgery I've lost 74 lbs. Does anyone know if the Facebook page was ever created?
  4. LOVE THIS!!!! We all should keep that mantra glued to our subconscious!
  5. Im sorry dear. My prayers are with you.
  6. Tell me about it. I found putting a pillow under the side that is raised helps a lot
  7. I know this is a very personal question, but has anyone had a normal bm since surgery?

  11. Surgery was a success. Im up and walking since last night and the pain isnt too bad. I can hopefully go home tonight.
  12. Today is the day. Have to be at the hospital by 8:30 am. Not quite nervous. I am more anxious and excited then anything. Those of us having their surgery today, good luck and a speedy recovery. Those of you that have had it congratulations! You did it!
  13. I'm sorry to hear that. I hope you get better soon.
  14. Thank you ladies for sharing. As strange as it sounds reading your responses really helps put everything in perspective. And the nerves got a little more under control once I got the call from my pcp giving me the last ok. So again thank you ladies. We are almost there.
  15. Surgey is 4 days away and for some reason I've started trying to bite my nails.( nervous habit) Has anyone else had some nervous habits rise to the surface? It is starting to freak me out just the fact of my brain saying, "No. You're not nervous." And my body saying, "The hell you're not." Help!
  16. Well just got clearence from pcp and 7 days till d-day. So amped!!!!
  17. Lol... I dont know the feeling is kind of hard to explain. I guess Ive been so on top of it all its not getting through my thick skull.... but idk....
  18. It still hasn't fully clicked in my brain. I mean I know my surgery is coming, but it just seems like a dream. The bus hasn't hit me full force. Subconciously i know I'm somewhat afraid but all my inhibitions have left my brain. I pray I don't have an emotional crash after surgery or even a panic attack the day of. Anyone else fell somewhat similar?
  19. I am too. But we gotta take the bull by the horns and conquer it. I'm excited. I'm only ten days away from surgery and looking forward to it.
  20. Im on clear liquids for three days after surgery then after that i can add milk and other "full liquids", which i follow for two weeks. After two weeks i get soft food. At four week some solid. Then i can add everything gradually at six weeks.
  21. Good luck today. We're all routing fpr you.
  22. Bucket List - Being able to have children with my husband - Fitting into a roller coaster( a bit childish but a happy tibulation to overcome). - Being able to bend down without losing my breathe. I know its not much, but, all I truly want is lead a healthier and much happier life with my husband with the hopes of having a familt with him. It's true the road is arduous and tedious, but without the trials and tribulations that we have surpassed and will surpass, we move towards being happy with ourselves and those that surround us. Quick and healthy recoveries to those of you that have under gone surgery already and those having surgery this month. We've finally made it to the finish line. Lilli
