Unjury protein powder is awesome

I really recommend Unjury Protein Powder. I prefer the unflavored and add it to my coffee and my smoothies. It dissolves quickly and doesn't have an aftertaste. The flavored ones are pretty good as well but I don't ususally use those unless my band is acting up and I have to be on a liquid diet.

I tried the powder back in 2006 when I first got my lapband and I didn't care for it. I imagine they have improved it since....I think I'll have to try this again. Do you use the unflavored one?

I'm not a fan (either with the band or RNY)...to me it has an aftertaste. Perhaps I'm using the wrong kind...I'm with Losing - is there one that doesn't have the aftertaste? I'd love to try it :-)

      April Surgery
      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
