Nice. My surgery was 11/7/12.

At gym @ 5 am & I drink 1 bottle of Water

Driving home from gym @ 6, I drink a small Protein shake

On way to work @ 7:15 I eat 2 small turkey sausages, cheese on half of bagel then (sometimes without the bagel thin), sometimes just sausage & egg white.

8:15 16 oz Decaf coffee & drink Water

9:30 I eat my Greek yogurt

10:00 I'm drinking water throughout until 15 mons before lunch

1ish is lunch time, cup of salad with either 3 oz salmon, tuna or chicken

I start water again or decaf mint tea an hour after I'm done lunch

3 or 4ish I'm snacking on some sort of nuts or a Protein Bar

6 ish is dinner time and I'm usually not hungry & have already met my Protein goal. So I'll eat a really, very small portion of something. Nothing special, just whatever I cook for my husband.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
