Protein shakes vs protein powder

I went to sprouts last nifht they have several samples by amaIng meal, vega one, and others, also allow returns if u buy the big tub......i tried some and still cant theres just a smell... Im gonna do rtd ones.... I pocked up 2 from sprouts by pure Protein, 150!cal, 1 carb, 1 sugar, 1 fat, 35 preotein.... Higher cal but getting two to three times protein u do from others so acerages out to b good. Spmeone was worried about cost of rtd since 250-4 a can, but no groceries and not eating out so still prolly spend same or even save......i got rtd Cookies n cream and banana.... No funky smell, tastes like thin pudding.... And no froth...... Also vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, and choc mint flavors
