Well done!

May I ask at what weight you started?

Terrific. Great loss and good luck with the 5K. Be careful, those races can get very addictive. Getting that bling after the race....crossing that finish line.....the cheering spectators.....it gets to you.

Have fun and let us know how it goes.

May I just say WOW!

Whoa great job!!

I can't imagine how excited you must be to be running a 5k!!! Best of luck to you, and bravo on a job well done with the transformation into a real athlete!!

That is wonderful! Have fun!

180lbs in 13 months?? That's amazing, congrats! Any tips you can offer?

@Ashley

Just stay focussed.. Dont let yourself slip back to your old ways.. I work out 5 days a week.. Either at the gym, jogging, or riding my bike.. Its a total lifestyle change, and as the weight comes off, the workouts get easier.. I never realized just how crappy l felt my whole life, until l see just how good l feel now..

Gives me hope for success! Congrats!

Congratulations!!! Amazing success and very inspirational.
