SO does you fat giggle like JELL-O now?

Recommended Posts

I have been fat forever. I am now almost 2 months past surgery. My body is changing very rapidly. The problem is, my fat was usually very, how can I say, solid ( It did not giggle). Loving the weight loss but I got a good look in a mirror( trying on smaller clothes) and my fat is so different it is very squishy and when I move it giggles. I know that I am loosing it but it looks so bad. Does it get better? I have never had giggle legs and belly before. I even think my smaller bum is giggling. I do love that I can wear smaller sizes but I cant wear shorts because my legs look so bad. May be I should tan or something. And the Hair loss is coming on strong. So many body issues I never thought of. I am still glad I had the surgery and I am eating right and exercising to. I love my VSG, it is a great tool. I know that this time I will succeed. I am shock by my body morphing to a smaller person. Changes are happening so quickly. I have lost 48 lbs and 34 have been since surgery. I was a size 24 and now I am in a size 18. I bought a very thigh sized 16 that I will wear in a few weeks.

Yep, I'm getting to where I don't have any fat BUT.. That dang skin that's still hangin' around goes every which way but with me. Luckily I'm not much of a skin shower anyway and I'm able to wrangle it in with tight fitting clothes ;D

On a side note..I don't know what the OP posted other than her title because it's blank.. Why is that? Is her font white?

I have a little jiggle of my inner thighs when my trainer has me do quick runs in place (like football players do) during Takada (spelling??) training. I don't like that feeling so I wear stronger lycra workout pants!!

And If I wave to someone, the extra arm fat/skin might continue to wave for a few seconds after my hand stops!! That only shows if I'm in a sleeveless shirt.

But I can live with these things - their not as bad as I expected and I am continuing to work out and S L O W L Y lose so I'm hoping the jiggle and the wiggle will reduce.

I just have to say, the sharpei, the wrinkley dog, if I did not spell correctly, is showing all over me. I guess when winter comes and it is not so hot I will finally try Spanx and see if that helps in some areas. Still glad the 80 lbs is gone.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
