Am i doing something wrong?

I lost 20 stinking pounds. It's going on 2 months. I don't know if I'm expecting too much or what! But I thought it would have been more. My others fit like crap. I can't really go buy anything new bc I don't want to have to keep doing that. What to do.

My Dr. said 10 lbs. a month. It may not seem like much now, but that's 120 pounds in a year!

About the clothes: is there a consignment store or Value Village near you? Maybe you could find a few used things to get you by.

You are doing fine - have you ever lost 20 lbs on any other diet in 2 mos. ?? and kept it off. Your body needs time to adjust - then you'll lose more......

I shopped at Walmart, Khols and consignment shops. A year ago I was a size 18. Now I'm a size 2-4.

Thank you :)

I had the 3 butterflies tattooed over the surgical site from the sleeve. The vine tattoo across my belly is from a Tummy Tuck in 2007. I have not had any surgery since weight loss. You can't really tell in the pictures but I have loose skin in my arms and breast. My heaviest was 240. I was 215 on DOS. My weight is stabilized around 143.

Awwww thank you skinny girl :)

You will get to your goal. I remember reading posts and wishing I would lose weight quicker. But before I knew it, I was dropping sizes like crazy. That was the fun part, belting my larger pants ;)

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
