I was 5/22. Still battling some gastritis and had a horrible dumping syndrome experience over the weekend, but other than that very pleased. Can't argue with results!

Sleeved May 30th. The first 20 came of quickly. Now it is v e r y s l o w. I'm eating soft foods, but I think I may need to stay away for mashed potatoes (1/4 cup) and cream of wheat. May need to eat more cottage cheese and scrambled eggs. I'm about 22 pounds down.

I'm losing my summer body. No more boobs or bootie to fill in my swimsuit. Look like a fat flattie.

I am hitting my four week mark tomorrow. I have lost 18 pounds but have been stalled out for the past 2 and a half weeks. I am focusing on increasing my exercise throughout the week and hope that helps break this stagnant streak.

I was sleeved May 16 and I am down about 22lbs. I've been in a stall the last week and a half....

I have had zero issues. No nausea, no vomiting, no issues getting ANYTHING down. I've had diarrhea a couple times but not even that severe and that's it.

I feel like I should be losing more... I'm eating more than I should be I think... But I'm getting my Protein in, doing pretty well with getting my Water in, keeping sugar and carbs to a minimum and walking over 3 miles almost every day.

For me, surgery has definitely been more of an emotional challenge than a physical challenge. I have felt TOO good and normal... so it's even harder to change my old eating habits.

I also think I am obsessing too much over the scale and comparing my loss too much with other people's. Rationally I know that if I continue with my new healthier lifestyle the weight will come off, maybe just not as quickly as others have...

My coworker had her surgery about 4 months ago and went from about a size 18 to what looks like a size 8. She also lost all her curves but pulls it together great. She has had reconstructive surgery before her sleeve from previous weight loss (lap band) but as far as her lady lovely lumps...well there gone with the rest of her weight, and when you as her how she feels about it....she says "they aren't something she can't buy back"

Cross, I can completely relate. I know I get full much more quickly than before but I keep questioning if I am doing something wrong. I am following the eating guidelines pretty well and only have trouble with milk so far. I get between 500 and 650 cals a day but am not hitting my Protein goal o 70-80. It makes no sense how I can maintain my current weight of 272 on these cals but I know that the important thing is to keep working at making better food choices and exercising.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
