Its typical to hit a stall in week 3 or 4 and that stall can last as long as 3 to 4 weeks. Take a deep breath and just ride it out.

Right there with ya, and it is frustrating, when i think how litttle i eat, but i am just hoping the plan works in the end cause it sure is against everything i learned in nurticion class, to take in so few calories. Seems like my metabolism should be crashed by now

Can see, to hold food down or even drink 12 oz of liquid a day.....still losing about a pound a day.....worried that I will dehydrate, and not getting enough Protein. Any tricks out there that I don't know? Please help!

When I use a cup with a lid, or a Water bottle or basically anything other than an open cup or mug, it doesn't work as well, and I don't drink enough. The open cup, or mug works best for me, I just keep filling it up with Protein shakes, or Isopure, or Water, whatever and keep drinks all day, every day...

PS - I too have been stuck at the same weight for all of my third week...seems about par for the course

Get some low calorie Gatorade and dilute it with Water. This helps me drink more water. :)

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
